Existing Client Relief Request
Our scheduling system can accept requests for relief dates up to a year in advance, so the sooner you can submit the dates your clinic needs coverage, the better! We are especially busy around the holidays and during the summer and conferences, but certain days of the week, especially Fridays and Saturdays, fill up quickly.
If your clinic has changed ownership, please let us know in the 'more information' box as we will need a new work agreement and information sheet to complete your relief request.
